Shipping policy
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and shipping details, including a tracking number and link. This will allow you to monitor your package's journey and estimate its delivery time. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 30 minutes, please check your SPAM or Junk folder. If the email is still not in your inbox, contact us at support@naturehike.com for assistance.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Before Shipment: You can modify or cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us at support@naturehike.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
- After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return the products once they arrive for a refund.
Address Corrections
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@naturehike.com. We will make every effort to update the address, however, please note that once the package has been dispatched, address changes may not be possible. You will be responsible for any fees associated with address corrections. Failure to correct an address may result in the package being lost or undeliverable, for which Naturehike cannot be held responsible.

Naturehike fulfills orders through its global warehouse distribution network. We will use the closest warehouse with your item in stock to fulfill your order for faster shipping. You will be able to see where the item is stored and shipped on the product page.
Shipping Costs
We strive to minimize your shipping costs whenever possible. If there is a shipping fee, it will be displayed at checkout.
Duties & Taxes
Naturehike covers all import duties and taxes. If your order requires additional payment upon receiving the package, please make the payment and then contact our support team to claim a refund for the cost.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Processing Time: After your payment is verified, we will process and ship your order within 3 business days.
