Warranty Coverage

We offer a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing Defects: Any defect in materials or workmanship under normal use.
  • Zippers, Buckles, and Other Hardware: Failures due to normal use.
  • Fabric and Seams: Defects in the fabric or seams under normal use conditions.

What Is Not Covered

  • Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear from regular use.
  • Misuse or Neglect: Damage resulting from improper use, storage, or maintenance.
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any changes made to the product not approved by NATUREHIKE.
  • Accidental Damage: Including but not limited to cuts, burns, and animal damage.

How to File a Warranty Claim
